Privacy Policy

What is collected

Two categories, and nothing else:

• What you type into a form. Name, email address and whatever else you choose to enter on the contact, audit, service or landing page forms — company, website, budget range, timeline and your message.
• How you arrived. The page you submitted from, the referring site, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you followed. A one-way hash of your IP address is stored purely for spam rate-limiting; the address itself is not retained.

Why it is collected

• To reply to your enquiry — the entire point of the form.
• To keep a record of the conversation so the follow-up makes sense and you are not asked the same question twice.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring in the enquiries worth having.
• To send occasional notes on branding and growth, but only if you ticked the box asking for them.

Analytics

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site it records aggregate, pseudonymous usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type. It is used to see which content works, not to identify individuals. Browser-level tracking protection and Do Not Track are respected by the analytics vendor where they are honoured.

Who else touches your data

Three processors, each doing one job:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this site.
• Supabase — the database that stores form submissions.
• Resend (with an SMTP provider as a fallback) — sending the notification and reply emails.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. It is not used to train anything.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask for deletion sooner, that request is honoured.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email hello@muzammilwaqar.com and it will be actioned within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled it sets its own measurement cookies; if you sign in to the admin area, an authentication cookie is set which is strictly necessary for that area to function.
